Caltrans Contracts

The Service Contracts office is responsible for preparing all bid documents and awarding contracts as well as assuring compliance with all legal requirements in the process. The Contracts for Bid Web page will allow you to download Caltrans Bid packages and will also allow you to view bid opening results. Bid openings are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will be displayed for four weeks. When submitting the required Bid Documents to this office BE SURE TO PLACE THEM IN A LEGAL SIZE ENVELOPE AND ADDRESSED as described in the individual Bid Package.
Bid Packages and Bid Results are available for those contracts processed by the Northern Region office, located in Sacramento, and the Southern Region office, located in Irvine.
The Notice of Intent to Award for Requests for Proposal (RFP) will be posted for five working days, after which time it will be removed.
